Tasting Notes: A lovely pink with delicate and persistent bubbles. Refined scents of honeysuckle, peach and apricot lead way to a soft mouthfeel of grapefruit and a hint of blood orange. An excellent aperitif that pairs well with all styles of cuisine. 

About the Winery

Another vast range of wines by Jean-Claude Mas, from the Paul Mas family, who is often described as a pioneer from the New Languedoc, and with a determination of providing wines that are delicious and accessible, magnificently charming which embody Jean-Claude’s philosophy of le luxe rural, or rural, everyday luxury wines. 20% of the vineyards are farmed organically, and the rest is planted using sustainable practices, certified under Terra Vitis.
